Service Description

This service offers an appointment in person to our brides to be. This service imperfect for you if you prefer to have a closeup look and feel of our swatches and try on the sample dresses. As a business, we work in accordance to the Working Safely guidance and continue to review our safety protocol for our mutual protection. We conduct regular testing and test before all home visits.

Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are non refundable upon cancellation. We are however able to reschedule the appointment for a later date free of charge if you are unable to make an initial booking date. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 14 days notice to allow us to reschedule your appointment. We do however appreciate that circumstances can change unexpectedly at anytime. We kindly request that you contact us as soon as you are able to, so we may look into how we can accommodate your request.
