Conditions of sale for dresses sold as seen:

 

• Most of our dresses are sold from the rail. As your dress may have previously been tried on you are advised to check thoroughly for any minor faults as dresses are sold as seen and are priced accordingly.

• All dresses are standard fit. Alterations are not included. We do however offer a professional alteration service.

• After a purchase has been made cancellations are not accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

• A non refundable deposit of £500 can be paid to hold a dress for 1 week. If full payment is not made within that time or a schedule of payments agreed the dress will be made available for resale.

• We do allow staged payments for those working to a budget. However if an agreed schedule of payments is not kept and no alternative arrangements for payments agreed the dress will be put back on sale and no refund of any payments will be made.

 

 

Conditions of sale of bespoke dresses:

 

• No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation of any part of the order for any reason. In the event of a cancellation all outstanding balance payments must be made.

• No orders will be placed until 50% deposit has been paid.

• All goods must be paid for in full within 2 weeks of the dresses arriving in showroom.

• Any special orders must be paid for in full within 60 days of the order

• Any dates of expected delivery of goods from the manufacturer are approximate and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused.

• If we are unable to provide any of the goods or services our liability to you will be limited to the return of any money paid by you for those goods or services.

• The dresses are ordered in standard sizes, measurements are taken as a guide only. The price of the garment does not include the cost of alterations. Prices of alterations are available on request.

• Before you take the goods from the shop you must satisfy yourself as to the conditions of the goods and immediately draw our attention to any defects or discrepancies. We will not be liable for any defects or discrepancies subsequently discovered. Neither will we be liable to you for any consequential compensation whatsoever due to the supply of the goods of their use by you.
