2.1 Bespoke Nature of Services

All bespoke, customised, and made-to-order garments are individually created for the client and may include personalised measurements, design modifications, embellishments, and fabric selections.

As a result, each piece is unique.

2.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit, typically 30% of the total order value, is required before work commences.

Deposits secure your production slot and contribute towards:

  • Consultation time

  • Fabric sourcing

  • Materials

  • Production preparation

Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

2.3 Payments

Full payment terms will be discussed during the ordering process. Final balances must be paid before shipment or collection unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in delays to delivery or release of the garment.

2.4 Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving design details, measurements, sketches, colour selections, and agreed customisations before production begins.

Once approved, significant design changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs.

2.5 Production Timelines

Estimated production timelines are provided as guidance only. While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to sourcing, craftsmanship, shipping, or circumstances outside of our control.
