Complaints can be submitted via email or through our contact form. Please include your order details, relevant photographs where applicable, and a clear explanation of your concern to help us investigate efficiently.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days. Resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, but we are committed to handling all concerns professionally and fairly.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and garment. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
As all bespoke and customised pieces are individually created, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if there is a verified issue relating to workmanship or damage upon arrival, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the personalised nature of couture and made-to-order production, cancellations or changes may not be possible once work has begun on your garment. Please note that any initial deposit paid, including the standard 50% deposit, is non-refundable and retained to cover design consultation, sourcing, materials, and production preparation costs.
