My Story
I come from the small island of Mauritius, where fashion felt far more personal. Fast fashion was not part of my childhood. Garments were treasured, tailored, and created with meaning. My grandmother was a bridal trousseau maker, and my love for fabric, texture, embellishment, and craftsmanship began there. Like many little girls, I grew up playing dress up, completely fascinated by the way clothing could transform how someone felt.
Later, working as a model allowed me to experience the fashion industry through a completely different lens. It inspired me creatively, but it also made me realise how many women were searching for something more personal, something created for their individuality, taste, lifestyle, or specific needs.
That is why bespoke fashion is so important to me. It is not about wearing a garment that is “one in a million”, but about wearing the one created specifically for you. I never want women to feel they have to fit into fashion. Instead, I design each piece to celebrate the grace, beauty, confidence, and personality of the woman wearing it.
Every gown is created with a couture approach and designed to feel timeless rather than trend-led. I want each piece to hold meaning long after the moment it was first worn, becoming something treasured, remembered, and passed on.
